Yes. When designing through our portal, you'll see a live visual of your chosen name, word, or shape in real-time.

All pieces come fully polished. If a chain is ordered, your necklace will arrive fully assembled with soldered jump rings, ready to wear.

You can scale your own design directly in the portal, giving you full control over the size. We offer a range of metal thickness options from 0.7mm to 1.5mm, depending on the precious metal you select.

We offer personalised jewellery in a variety of precious metals, including 9ct and 18ct gold (available in red, yellow, and white), sterling silver, and platinum. If you choose gold or silver, your jewellery will be crafted from 100% recycled precious metals.

We have a range of fonts which can be applied to any name or word for our personalised name tags. We also offer over 100 shapes and blanks in our design library ranging from zodiac signs to animal shapes and more.

As each piece of personalised jewellery is made to order, cancellations are not always possible once production has started. Yes, we accept orders for personalised jewellery from customers both in the UK and worldwide. Wherever you're based, you can design and order custom nameplates, shapes, or uploaded designs through our online portal and have them delivered to your door.

For personalised jewellery orders featuring just a name or shape, the turnaround time is 5 working days from the date of order. If you include a chain with your order, please allow 10 working days, as your necklace will arrive fully assembled and ready to wear.

Prices displayed during the ordering process are an estimate only and there may be a difference between the total on the order confirmation and invoice.

Your card details will be taken during the checkout process, but payment will only be taken once your design has been produced. The final price is based on the actual weight of the metal supplied.

Your finished jewellery arrives polished and assembled-ready to wear.

Because each item is custom made based on the exact details provided at the time of ordering, we are unable to make changes once production has begun. Please triple-check all spelling, fonts, and design choices before confirming your order.
