Cooksongold Returns Policy

60 Day FREE Returns with Royal Mail Printerless Returns

We are sorry if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To help process your return as smoothly as possible, we offer a 60 day returns process. No printer is required.

Creating your Return Label via Royal Mail couldn't be simpler.


Follow these simple steps

Step One

Go to the Royal Mail Track Your Return portal. Choose if your item is a in a Box/Bag or tube.

Step Two

Your parcel must weigh less than 20kg and be smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D). If this does not apply, please contact us.

Step Three

Fill in the required details and click Create Your Label for Cooksongold. Your label/QR code will be emailed to you. At this stage you can also choose to have your return collected (additional charges may apply) or find your nearest Post Office to drop your parcel off.

Please remember keep the proof of postage certificate. If your parcel gets lost on the way back to us, we will require a copy of this in order to initiate an investigation and provide your refund.

If you need to return multiple orders, please create individual returns and send in separate parcels.

If the Royal Mail collection option is selected, we are unable to refund any charges that may be incurred.

If your parcel to be returned is either over 20kg, larger than 61x46x46cm, one of the products is on the Royal Mail prohibited items list or you are based outside the UK, please contact our Customer Service team on 0345 100 1122 or info@cooksongold.com. The team can then review and advise how to proceed with your return.

Returns Policy

  • Returns of unwanted products must be returned in their original condition and packaging Exemptions apply.
  • Refunds will be submitted to the payment method used for the original order and at the invoiced price. If you paid via money transfer, vouchers or other credits, please follow the instructions given in the credit note
  • At this time, we do not offer product exchanges but you can return items for a refund and place a new order if required
  • Faults or errors should be reported to the Customer Service team prior to return so they can investigate and advise on the best way to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds or exchanges for faulty products once confirmed will be arranged if returned within 60 days. If a fault develops after this time, please contact us with the details. Our customer service team will review and resolve it in line with your rights under the consumer rights act 2015

Product Exemptions

  • For health and safety, we are unable to accept returns of PPE equipment such as gloves and masks as well as piercing related products such as ear posts, earrings and hook wires
  • We are unable to accept returns of unwanted grain, cut to order bullion such as sheet, tube wire and loose chain, personalised jewellery products, bespoke castings and product that is outside our stock range that has been specially bought in.

For precious metal products that fall outside our returns policy we may still be able to process it through our scrap service.
