International Delivery Information

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to provided by DHL, TNT & Fedex.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in our checkout pages.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Cooksongold has no control over these charges, take no responsibility for them and cannot estimate what they may be.

Your parcel may be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Most, but not all delivery options are issued with a tracking number, for example Airmail does not provide tracking information. Any tracking information available will be emailed to you once your order is despatched.



Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

In the vast majority of cases we are unable to delivery to international PO Box addresses, due to the nature of the goods.

We ask that you provide either a permanent residential address or your place of employment.

If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods.

However if you only have a PO Box address please contact our customer service team where our friendly staff are on hand to help you with your query. Lines open Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm GMT and Saturday 10am - 4pm GMT.



Payment and VAT

Cooksongold now offers payment for products and delivery services to be made in the following currencies: GBP, Euro, U.S Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian KroneSwedish Krona, Danish Krone and Swiss Franc.

We welcome payment via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, PayPal and your Cooksongold monthly account (if applicable). 

Please note all prices displayed on Cooksongold are excluding and including VAT. 

Under EU Distance selling, VAT must be charged for deliveries within the EU. UK VAT is normally applied, but once Cooksongold sales into an EU country exceeds the threshold for VAT registration, we are obliged to register for local VAT in that country and apply VAT at the rate of tax in force in that territory. 

If you've requested delivery to a non-EU address, there will be no UK VAT applied to the price of the products.



Registering a VAT number for EU countries

  • - You can enter a VAT number at either the point of registering your account online or by amending your account, please log in here to see your account details. 

  • - All VAT numbers entered will need to be verified. The time to process this can vary but we'll try to complete it by the next working day.

  • - If there are any issues with your VAT number we will contact you.

  • - If VAT is charged on your order because you have not given us the correct details, it cannot be refunded at a later date.



Customs and Duty Payments

Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation.

The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges.

The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
