Claiming on Your Guarantee

If your GRS Tool Develops a Fault

1. If your GRS Tool develops a fault, refer to your product instructions first

2. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our team who will be happy to help

• Call 0345 100 1122 (8am-8pm weekdays | 10am-4pm weekends) or email info@cooksongold.com

• Please have your account number and date of purchase to hand when you call. You'll find all of this information on your original receipt. This acts as your guarantee, so please make sure you keep it safe

If we are unable to repair your tool(s), we'll replace them with a same spec tool. If no option is available, we'll either offer you the nearest equivalent specification, or its selling price value.

What's Excluded

The guarantee does NOT cover consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of materials or loss of income), nor compensation for activites done by yourself, such as regular maintenance. The guarantee excludes, or does not apply if:

• The proof-of-purchase has been altered in any way or is made illegible

• The model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible

• Repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorised service organisations or persons

• The defect is the result of use outside the intended purpose

• The defect is caused by abuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the product instructions

• Normal wear and tear or replacement of by their nature consumable parts
