EORI Number

The EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number) is an unique identification number, assigned by the customs authority to businesses and is used on any transactions between EU and non EU countries

If you are a business customer and have an EORI number, if you can give us this information it will speed up the process of your order going through customs.

How to add this information?   

It is very easy for you to provide us with your EORI number.

If you are a new customer, follow the steps of the registration process. It will only take a few minutes to complete the form.

If you are already a customer, if you log in and go to Your Account section. You will be able to add in your EORI number to your personal details.

If you do not have this information at the time of making a purchase, it is possible that your order will be held in customs and returned to our warehouse. So we encourage you to request an EORI number as soon as possible.

If you are an individual  

For some countries such as Spain, if you are an individual carriers are asking to provide your NIF / DNI or NIE number. In order to provide us with this data simply add to the EORI field on either the registration or Your Account details screen.
