How to update your Contact Preferences

If you have given us consent, we’ll send you marketing messages by email, text and post to keep you aware of what we’re up to including our latest offers, competitions and free delivery events.

You can control how we communicate with you in your account settings or by calling us on 0345 100 1122 or for international customers +44 121 200 2120.

Please note that some of the communications we send such as transactional messages or legal notices are required. 

How to change your Contact Preferences online:

Log in to cooksongold.com as normal, by clicking here.

Once you are logged in, go to the 'Contact Preferences' section under 'My Account'.

Here you can change what methods you would like to receive our marketing messages

Click 'Update' and we will update your records accordingly.

Please note that, as Cooksongold comprises of many inter-connecting services, it might take a few days for all our systems to be updated, so you might get messages from us while we process your request.
