Wheatsheaf Collet Tools
Part of our huge range of jewellery tools here at Cooksongold includes metal punches and plates for forming collets. We supply collet forming tools from a number of leading brands including Wheatsheaf.
The Wheatsheaf plates and punches we stock include 12 hole and 10 hole punches with holes starting from 3.5mm holes and going up to 18mm. The 17 degree plate and punch has 12 holes which are cut in to the plate at a 17 degree angle and the steel punch has also been cut to a 17 degree angle. The 28 degree plate and punch has 10 holes cut into the plate at a 28 degree angle and has a steel punch that has also been cut to a 28 degree angle.
The punches and plates, referred to as collet forming tools are easy to use for forming, reducing and changing the shape of your collets.
