Extended Free Returns

In light of the ever changing coronavirus situation, we understand that some of our customers may be self-isolating or have limited access to their post office, and are concerned about returning orders.

That is why our normal 30 day free returns guarantee has been extended to 180 days.

If you have a return query, please contact 0345 100 1122 and our team will help you manage your return. Currently our contact centre team are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. These opening times are temporarily and are subject to change.

Given the coronavirus situation and the steps we have taken to protect the health and safety of our workforce, you may experience delays in how we process your returns or refunds. We appreciate that this is inconvenience and are grateful for your patience and understanding.

This does not include special order items including cut bullion and special manufactured orders.
