The judges chose this piece because they really loved the way Lauren depicted the cute little floating ghost in opal with the little stars and cresent moon on silver sheet. A very pretty but detailed way to celebrate Halloween through jewellery. Very clever!
Lauren said the following about the piece, "Little ghost in a cloche. I made this piece using sterling silver, stamped the back with little stars and used gallery wire and square wire to make the cloche shape and added a little silver moon. Like he's floating in the night."
