I have been jewellery making for just over a year since giving up work to look after my disabled and chronically ill husband. I began shopping from a TV channel. However they do not usually have the products I need, and can be quite exspensive. especially for the findings and silver wire. I recently decided to check out other suppliers. I have came across a couple of good sites, one of which I use now and again. I am so glad I found Cooksongold. I placed my first order on Tues 9th Oct and I received my order the very next morning. The quality of the semi-precious gems are fantastic and great value for money, I get 16 inch stands from Cooksongold as opposed to the 9 inch strands from a previous supplier.I can even purchase gold wire and findings too, which some supplies do not provide. I am spoilt for choice with Cooksongold I even got free postage on my first order and I have a code for free postage for my next order after doing the survey. Even though I have only been a customer for less than a week, I am confident I will be a long term customer. The customer service is fantastic and they reply to my emails promptly. I have always had great service and quality from Cookson's. A fellow jeweller recently suggested a rival company was better value so I did some price comparisons and Cookson's where cheaper on every item I checked - My research and experience put Cookson's in front on value , service and quality. The only thing that could make a difference to me would be if you could offer a corresponding overseas customer postage discount doesn't have to be free when you are doing a Freepost offer for your UK customers to show equal goodwill to your loyal non UK clientele - Sandra H
