Early May Bank Holiday Delivery and Customer Service Update 2025

On Monday 5th May both our stores and despatch centre will be closed.
 

Despatching Orders

Any orders placed from 5 PM Friday 2nd May to Monday 5th May will be despatched from Tuesday 6th May 2025. Please take a note of your despatch date as you checkout
 

Customer Service

Our contact centre will be open as usual over the weekend and also on Monday 5th May from 10 AM - 4 PM to take calls, live chat and email queries.

• Saturday 3rd May – 10 AM – 4 PM
• Sunday 4th May – 10 AM – 4 PM
• Monday 5th May – 10 AM – 4 PM

Placing Orders

You can still place orders online throughout the weekend. Our contact centre will also be available to take orders on Saturday and Monday, as noted above.
 

Stores

Our stores will be closed on Monday 5th May and will reopen on Tuesday 6th May.
