Delivery and Service Update

Stocktake Friday 21st June 2024

On Friday 21st June, our stores and despatch centre will be closing early at 12 PM for stocktake.

Despatching Orders

Any orders placed after 12 PM Friday 21st June will be despatched from Monday 24th June. Please take a note of your despatch date as you checkout.

Customer Service

Our contact centre will be open on as usual to take calls, live chat and emails queries.

Placing Orders

You will still be able to place orders online all weekend.

Stores

Our Birmingham store will be closing at 12 PM on Friday 21st June. Click and collect orders placed after 11 AM will be available for collection on Monday 24th June.

Our London store will be closed all day on Friday 21st June.
