Delivery Information

Don't forget to shop early to ensure your orders are delivered before Christmas.

We will be despatching orders right up until Tuesday 23rd December 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday 23rd December will be despatched on Monday 29th December. 

Below are our order cut off dates for UK delivery before Christmas based on information provided by our delivery partners. 

International Last Posting Dates 

As we approach the busiest time of year, we recommend to shop early to ensure your international orders are delivered before Christmas.

Contact Centre and Stores  

In the run up to Christmas, our contact centre will be on hand to answer your call, email or live chat. Our opening hours until Tuesday 24th December are:

Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm

Over the Christmas break, our contact centre will answer your call or email on the following days and times. 

London and Birmingham Stores

In the run up to Christmas, our opening hours for the stores are:

• London store will be open from 9am  - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
• Birmingham store remains open 9am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 9am - 4.15pm.

The final day our stores will be open before Christmas is Wednesday 23rd December. Last available order and collect time slot will be 1pm, with both stores closing at 3pm. 
 

Credit and Returns 

We will process any credits and returns received right up until we break up for Christmas on Tuesday 23rd December. Any returns received over the Christmas break will be processed from Friday 2nd January 2026. 

Scrap

As we are always busy in the run-up to Christmas, these are our advised processing dates for your scrap for payment before Christmas. 

Our last day for receiving scrap items is Tuesday 23rd December. Any scrap items received over the Christmas break will be processed from Friday 2nd January 2026 
 

Customisation

Remember to shop early if you'd like to order a personalised jewellery item or precious metal casting to be delivered before Christmas.

Below are our order cut off dates for delivery before Christmas.  

Customisation orders received after these dates will still be processed and shipped, but they may not reach you in time for Christmas.

Any orders placed after Monday 23rd December will be processed from Friday 2nd January 2026
