Delivery Information

We are working hard to despatch any orders raised over the Christmas and New Year period on Wednesday 4th January 2023.

Any orders placed on Wednesday 4th January 2023 will be despatched on Thursday 5th January 2023. 

International Last Posting Dates

Contact Centre and Stores  

Contact Centre

Our contact centre is open Tuesday 3rd January 8am - 8pm. 

Normal hours will resume from Wednesday 4th January. 

Stores

Our London Store will be open from Wednesday 4th - Friday 6th January from 10am to 3pm. Normal hours will resume from Monday 9th January. 

Our Birmingham store will be open as normal from Wednesday 4th January 2023. 

Credit and Returns 

We will process any returns right up until we break up for Christmas on Thursday 22nd December. Over the Christmas period we will process returns on Wednesday 28th December only.

Our first day for processing refunds or credits in the New Year will be Wednesday 4th January 2023.
