Technical Questions

I get a error stating that 'session has timed out' - what does this mean?
  • If you start a basket and do not add anything to your basket within three hours this message will be displayed. Your basket will still be saved. Simply go back to the main on-line shop menu to continue shopping.
Why can't I register?
  • If you are not being accepted for registration, carefully check your form any field marked 'required' must have an entry.
