A rigid felt wheel (approx.20 - 22mm diameter), used in
conjunction with a pendant motor. Mounted on a 3/32
shank (shank fits into the collet/chuck of the drill).
Having a flat working edge & sides, this wheel is
generally employed on a flat surface with a compound.
NB. A different wheel should be used for each compound.
