Mark Adams & Angela Haynes

Mark Adams is the General Site Manager for the Hatton Garden site. He has worked within the industry for 24 years. He started his career with J S Knights as a credit controller and over the years has gained an extensive knowledge of the jewellery trade. He has worked for Cookson for 15 years, and has been in his current role for three years. Mark has real love of jewellery from his native country - Spain.

Angela Haynes has worked for Cookson for 18 years. She has a BA in Jewellery manufacture and design, and is still a keen designer and enameller. Her work has sold as far afield as LA. Angela's career has taken her to Cookson offices in Paris and Lyon, she has held her current position as Mark's assistant for 3 years.

Mark & Ed Warren - PMP Hatton Garden

Mark Warren started his career in the jewellery trade at 16. He has experience in many aspects of the trade including bullion, findings and tool sales. He has a vast knowledge of precious metal purchasing and currently is the manager of the PMP counter at Hatton Garden. He has worked for Cookson for 11 years.

Ed Warren started work for Cookson after completing a BA Honours degree in Digital Modelling & Animation. He has always had an interest in the jewellery trade as both his parents work in the industry. Ed has since become highly trained within the precious metal purchase side of the company and together with Mark Warren they make up a formidable team.

Trudy Watts & Christine Jorgensen

Trudy & Chris look after the collection counter at Hatton Garden.

Trudy has roots in the fashion industry and has been working in the jewellery business for over fifteen years, covering manufacture, stock control and sales areas of the business. She has been working for Cookson for 9 years.

Chris served an apprenticeship with Jorgen Jensen from 1993 to 94, then moved on to achieve an MA in Silversmithing, jewellery and allied crafts. She is a skilled enameller and has had recent exhibitions as far afield as Finland. Chris has worked for Cookson for 5 years.

Louise Crow

Louise has been with Cookson now for in excess of six years, joining after completing a four year jewellery degree course at Middlesex University. Louise has work experience with fashion jewellers and Goldsmiths within the business and is now the senior sales assistant at Hatton Garden.

Sales Coordinators

Jennifer Gratton

Jennifer trained and studied as a jeweller and silversmith at the Sir John Cass School of Art and Design. Since graduating in 2006, Jennifer has been exhibiting and selling jewellery at various exhibitions. Jennifer has been with the company for one year.

Nancy Hancock

Nancy studied jewellery and silversmithing at Sir John Cass School of Art & Design. On completion of her degree Nancy started working at Cookson in September 2007. Nancy's ambition is to start her own jewellery business and continues to design and make her own designs. She has had exhibitions at both Earls Court and The Business Design Centre.

Anthony Otten Anthony studied at the University of South Australia achieving a BA Honours degree in jewellery design. Design and making is still very much part of Anthony's passion and he has a workshop close to Hatton Garden. He has worked for Cookson for five years and is currently working on a collection for the Coutts London Jewellery week.

Carly Underwood Carly has gained experience within the jewellery trade since leaving school, especially in fine polishing. This fired an interest and Carly has now worked for Cookson since August 2007. Within that time she has learnt many aspects of the jewellery trade, learning from customers and colleagues alike. This has now inspired Carly to design and make her own range.

Goods Inwards Mick Fawdry Mick started his career with J S Knight, working in the melt shop, manufacturing sheet, wire and grain. He has a vast knowledge of bullion products and has since moved into stock control, which has become his area of expertise. He has been working for Cookson for 16 years and is in charge of goods inwards and quality control.

Birmingham Counter

Amy Barratt-Singh, Counter Sales coordinator

Amy has worked for Cookson on the Birmingham trade counter for over three years, so is well versed with all our products, and the demands of our busy trade Counter. Amy previously studied Art & Design at college and is currently putting this theory into practice with the new displays, samples and cabinets currently being prepared.

Amanda Rice, Counter Sales coordinator

Amanda's ten year career at Cookson began in our stampings department, and since then she has worked in packing, findings and now the Trade Counter. Amanda's knowledge of production techniques, combined with her understanding of our full range of bullion, findings & tools means she is the ideal person to ask for help when visiting the Birmingham Trade Counter.

Simon, PMP Supervisor

Simon first joined Cooksons in 1998 and worked in our Sales Office dealing with our Major accounts.In 2001 Simon moved onto our Export Section as Team Leader and worked there until mid 2004. After a short break Simon re-joined Cooksons in 2005 as PMP Supervisor. Matt Dove, PMP coordinator

Matt has worked for Cooksons for five years working in our stock room, despatch department before moving onto our sales office. Matt recently joined our Birmingham counter team, and is now one of our dedicated scrap experts.
