Step 6

Attach the red hose of the Smith Little Torch to the propane regulator by turning to the left.

Step 7

Attach your chosen nozzle to the Smith Little Torch. Take note of the suggested pressure in the Smith little Torch instructions.

Step 8

Turn the green nob on the Smith Little Torch.

Step 9

Plug the oxygen concentrator in and switch it on. Check that air is flowing out of the Smith Little Torch nozzle. Turn the green nob to stop the flow of air.

Step 10

To ignite the Smith Little Torch ensure that the flow of oxygen is turned off at the Smith Little Torch. Fully open the propane bottles valve and ensure the propane regulator is open.

Step 11

Turn the red knob of the Smith Little Torch to allow a small flow of propane.

Step 12

Use an automatic electric torch lighter to light the torch and then turn the green knob to add the oxygen. Adjust the levels of propane and oxygen according to your heating needs.

To turn the torch off turn the green oxygen knob off first and then the red propane knob.

When the flame has extinguished you may wish to turn the green knob back to open to allow any air to flow away.

Save this for later
