Spiral Wrap the Gemstones
Step 1:
Add nine 6mm or five 8mm gemstones onto 0.80mm wire (do not cut the wire at this stage this will ensure you use exactly the amount you need without any waste.

Step 2:
Turn a loop with round nose or multi size looping pliers approx. 20mm down the wire, hold the loop with flat nose pliers and wrap wire around to secure, cut off any excess.

Step 3:
Bring all nine gemstones up to the loop now repeat the loop at the other end but do NOT cut off the excess wire as you did before.

Step 4:
The 0.08mm wire should now be in a position to wrap around the gemstones. Wrap the wire across the front of the gemstone and pass around the back between the gemstones and bring to the front to repeat until all gemstones have a spiral wrap on them.

Step 5:
When you reach the end wrap the wire around the loop to secure and cut off excess wire

Step 6:
Shape the section into a slight curve so that it sits nicely on the wrist.

Make a Rosary Link
Step 7:
Place a gemstone onto the 0.80mm wire and make a right angle with your flat nose pliers approx. 15mm from the end. Using bail making pliers turn a loop.

Step 8:
Bring the gemstone up to the loop measure approx. 15mm and cut off excess, make a right angle bend and turn a loop as before you now have a gemstone with a loop on both sides.

Step 9:
Repeat step 8 to make nine x 6mm gemstones or eight x 8mm gemstones (make one with a slightly larger loop on one side to accommodate the hook clasp you are about to make)

Make the Clasp
Step 10:
Repeat Step 7 so that you have a gemstone with one loop.

Step 11:
Measure approx. 20mm from the gemstone and using flat nose pliers bend the wire back on itself and squeeze together.

Step 12:
Make a right angle bend in the wire where it meets to gemstone so it passes across the wire.

Step 13:
Using flat nose pliers hold the wire just above the right angle bend and wrap around once to secure, the wire should now be in a position to wrap across the gemstones and around the loop to secure.

Step 14:
Place multi looping pliers at the end of the wire and role towards the gemstone to create a hook.

Assemble and Finish off
Step 15:
Place your components out ready to assemble.

Step 16:
Using flat nose pliers open the loops on the gemstones and link everything together.
