Creating your own place cards is surprisingly easy with Fimo soft clay and can even make perfect keepsakes for your guests to take away.
DIY Wedding Place Cards Step by Step Guide
Degree of difficulty: Easy
Overview of other materials: Stamping bars and letters, Craft card, Bakers twine, Double-sided tape as necessary
Time required: 30 minutes
Step 1

For each place card, roll our half a block of FIMO soft white to a thickness of 0.4cm using the acrylic roller.
Step 2

Then use the blade and a template to cut into a large rectangle 8.5 x 4.5cm
Step 3

Cut out a small heart shape on the left-hand side using the cutter
Step 4

Then stamp the guest’s name. Put the place card and the cut-out heart shape onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and harden at 110°C / 230°F for 30 minutes.
Step 5

In the meantime, cut the craft card into large 10 x 12cm squares and fold in half.
Step 6

Thread the bakers twine through the heart and fasten to the place card with a bow. Secure with double-sided sticky tape if necessary.
