Here is a bit of Christmas frivolity made with PMC paste.
Paste leaves soldered onto wire with 'berries" of melted scrap as accents.

Lovely, very festive!
Do you clean the leaves with anything before applying the paste? I would think the holly leaves would be quite waxy, or does that help?

Hello Bluechair, I just wiped the leaves clear of moisture, the first coat of paste is affected by the waxy nature of the leaves but the second coat soon fills the little patches and in the end it is never a problem. I tend to use nice thick new paste alternating with thinner paste made up from scraps and scrapings.
