Default Another angry customer of cooksons

Hello i know this wont help you but my experience of ordering from cooksons is just as bad only i never received my item and had paid for it. i was told that i had to prove i had paid by credit card and write to them with the evidence. even though it was done and ordered in the cooksons shop by the staff. Over a year later i have given up with ever getting my item from them. I wouldnt order anything from there website as i was angry that they couldnt check to see that an order was placed with them by them for it.

That was nice of him (to give you a code) why not give him a call?
I know they can look at your basket on screen & then they
can probably over-ride the postage on the system manually
