Thanks for the feedback, and really sorry for the delay in answering- five minutes is totally unacceptable.
We've seen a rapid growth over the last week in the number of live chats, and we're adding more advisors this week to ensure that chats are answered quickly.

If you want a bit more feedback - I sent 3 emails to birmingham.sales last week about a minor problem I had with an order.
Not one of them was answered? not even by an automated fob off.
I felt decidly unloved
