good set of scales,however, it should be made clear in the description somewhere, that you will need to calibrate these before using accurately and for this you need calibration weights!! I wasn’t aware of this which ended up costing me more.

I hate giving negative feedback but I bought a set of these scales and they worked fine for a day or two then went mad scrolling through numbers randomly thus becoming of no use at all. Sorry but not worth 10 pence let alone 10. !! As they say, if you buy it cheap you buy it twice. I need a better quality set.

These scales are great, work well are accurate and repeatable. I can't believe the quality of these for the ten pounds paid for them - excellent value for money Fantastic customer service from Cooksongold! - my first set arrived faulty, I called up and a replacement were sent out the same day and I was able to use a pre paid returns label to send the faulty items back so postage cost me nothing This is my first encounter with Cooksongold's exchange process and I was very impressed - take note other companies, this is how is should be done!

These are a great little compact set of scales, easy to use, nice looking and considering the price youd expect them to cost more once youve seen and felt the quality of them, highly recommended.
