Love it!

I bought this frame after a lot of thought it is a bit pricey compared to others and it was a fantastic purchase - I absolutely love it. At first it looks unwieldy but is amazingly light. Due to the large space between the back of the frame and the blade, I have so much more room to manoeuvre when sawing and never get stuck halfway through a job with the frame hitting the side of my silver sheet ....although happening before was most likely down to my poor planningtechnique. The shape of the frame also gives a much clearer view of your work adding to the accuracy. It is amazingly easy to get perfect tension so there is no more wrestling with the adjustable frame to get the blades nice and tight. Because of this, I can now create items with much more precision than with other frames - the blade never pulls loose, going all wobbly halfway through a job.I probably go through as many blades as before but this hardly seems a drawback given the up side of how easy it is to use.The only downside some might find is that as the frame itself isn't adjustable, you can't reuse bits of blades once broken but for me this is a small niggle.I have been using it on .7mm & 1mm sterling with Vallorbe 972 070 and it cuts like butter....just watch your fingers!
