Just started using this long awaited Christmas present together with the free sample of Sea Clean concentrate.So far it has proved very effective especially at removing traces of hard polish residue from silver after final polishing. Glad I went for the heated option which although dearer saves having to keep refilling with hot water. Would describe it as a good buy for a small workshop but it should not be operated continuously so would not suit workshops which require ultrasonics to be available for long periods. Being plastic, it is also not as robust as the higher priced industrial units. Comes with well written instruction manual in EnglishCan't comment on long term reliability but so far it seems to be a good product which is well priced compared to other heated models.
