I wanted a unique and tasteful gift box and this one certainly fits the bill. The product is well made. The hinge mechanism works smoothly and the construction is symmetrical and tight. The only suggestion that I have is an addition of a cardboard sleeve to protect the highly polished finish. This box is so nice that it is a gift in itself. I felt the price was a good value for the product.
