As the other review. I used to use steel pins and bend them to shape, then I found these. Its no use buying pretty boxes if your item is just going to slide about in the box. using these pins you can fix your item firmly in place on its pad without distracting from the piece. Note that gold colour pins are also available.

What a difference these made to my pad display - I had been using flower headed pins, which detract from the finished pieces. These are secure and unobtrusive, showing the jewellery on pads in a much more professional way. Should have bought them years ago.
