    Default Newbie question

I am complete new. I just started to learn making sea glass jewelry. This might be a silly question. I like the idea to coat sea glass with silver. The effect is rather like dipping a strawberry in chocolate. I could not find any answer for that. Any advise is much appreciated.

    Thanks

That sounds nice. Wouldn’t have a clue though. Be interesting to see what that turns out like...

You would have to apply conductive paint and then use a silver plating/forming kit, preferably cyanide free. Google silver forming, or electro forming of silver. Dennis

Electroforming with silver, whether cyanide free or not, is a really expensive way to go. You can start with electroforming in copper and then silver plate it to get the effect you want.
