When you say properties of turquoise - what do you mean? Soft? Opaque?

Phosphosederite is lavender and opaque - but I don't know it's other properties.

Good guess, but no I am/will be using it it for infill in place of enamel, enamel just is not working so I am going the infill rout, I do not know if you have them in the UK. I am making epilepsy ribbon for a friend's young daughter
she tried four jewellers no one would take it on, now I know why but I don't like to let things beat me. Sally's suggestion looks like it might be the one.

Quite a variation in colour, if you have some rough in a violet colour I would be interested.
