    Default Court Ring Resize Question

Hi, I have a court shaped gold ring (18ct) which is slightly too small.

As for having the ring resized, it would only be a size or two up increment however I'm unsure if this resize would be noticeable?

My ring is 8mm wide, approx 2mm deep, which is why I'm wondering if ring resizing would be more noticeable, unlike much smaller rings.

I'd rather ask your thoughts before risking: as the ring is too nice to spoil.

    Many Thanks

You need to measure its size using a ring stick and measure your finger using ring sizers, preferably of the same make.

Then you will know exactly what is needed. With careful annealing a ring stretcher would solve the problem in minutes, provided it is only 2-3 sizes. If more, a piece of gold would probably have to be inserted.

If you dont have the tools, take it to a jeweller.

As Sarah says, you would not see a difference.
