    Hi everyone,

It's time for a brand new monthly competition!

Whether you love it or hate it, the biggest event in football is just around the corner - that's why this month, we want to see your sport themed jewellery designs!

It doesn't necessarily have to be football related, feel free to use your imagination and create something themed around a different sport such as tennis, cricket or something else.

Our favourite will be chosen to win a £100 Cooksongold shopping spree, good luck!

Submit an image of your piece (along with a brief description if possible) on this thread by midnight, Sunday 30th June 2018 to enter.

    Good luck!

In the case of the winner's shopping spree exceeding the total prize value of £100, the winner is liable to pay for any amount over the value of £100.

    Hi everyone,

With less than 2 weeks to go in this month's themed competition, you haven't got much longer to submit your sport themed jewellery designs.

Don't forget, our favourite will win a £100 Cooksongold shopping spree!

I am not sure this counts as a sport as such? so i dont mind at all if this isnt counted in the competition, but it was my little brothers 17th birthday last month and because hes a horse racer, farmer and hunter i made him this animal themed ring from the cooksongold patterned wire collection. it has birds on it, horses, and rabbits which is very fitting for his horse racing sport. The main thing was he liked it!

    Default Wimbledon earrings

Earrings in the Wimbledon colours with 'W' charms. Made everything excepting the chain and the glass beads. This was the first time I've made ball headed earwires and flat headed head pins. Sheena

In my house the only sports that matter happen at the beach, so my entry for this month is a handmade windsurf charm. Its made from sterling silver with cornish sea glass for the sail and set on a vintage belcher chain.

Handmade tennis bracelet with a twist, multi-coloured crystal and silver beads. The tennis bracelet is said to have got its name after Chris Evert losing her bracelet on court and stopping play until it was found.

    here is one from me.

Archery - an Olympic sport of course. Made from silver. Dark colour is from hot liver of sulphur. The wire is .3mm thin and soldering was too tricky without the wrapping. The little wheels do move as the tension is created on the bow.

We really liked the interpretation of the 'Sport' theme and loved the striking colours featured on this tennis bracelet. Well done!

Please email competitions@cooksongold.com with your contact details and Cooksongold account number so we can arrange for your prize to be sorted.

    Congratulations again!
