    Default A Mini Lightbox For Better Bezels.

    I have posted this before, some years back, but recently making bezels and collets for awkward shapes reminded me how tedious this could be without my little light box.

    Perhaps some members who have joined since will be interested

    It’s quick to make from any plastic box with a flat top to work on, an LED cupboard light which will not drain the battery for months, and some white tape to dim it so as not to dazzle the eyes.

    It’s easy to monitor the fit while working, without holding it up to a lamp and makes for a much better result. Dennis.

    I must admit I made one of these (I'd read your previous post/s about it on one of my evening read-all-the-threads binges) after finding an old and unused camping head lamp. Not used it yet though, but it's there when I do get going on something again. I

    Thanks Dennis, I've just acquired a batch of beach glass that I'm intending to try setting in silver bezels so this could come in very handy.
