    Default Silver scrap

I have a rather full scrap pot of sterling silver, fine silver and argentium silver. Foolishly I did not think to separate them. Can I get money for them if they are mixed or should I melt them down myself? If I can melt them myself should I just label them as 925?

You can do either. If you melt it yourself it will be accepted as 925, as you say.
There is no need to separate the metals if you send in scrap, because Cookson will demand an assay and charge you for it.

    Thanks Dennis
Do you know how much they charge for the assay?
