Are you an experienced jeweller, or a beginner?

Ah well, you won't want any advice from me then. You probably know that the suppliers' showrooms have free notice boards, where it's worth putting up cards. Dennis.

Dennis is kind of spoilt living in London, the rest of us in the sticks don't have that opportunity. I haven't been to a supplier since I started in 1979/80 and as Dennis and I have discussed they no longer exist! Coopers, Blundells, Johnson Matthey.
I'm sure someone has mentioned a link to tools sales in the past, maybe it was James. There is a page on FB but I think you have to be a member of GoJD which is worth it as you get supplier discounts which can be good for tool buying

By the way Dennis, my comment wasnt meant to come across snotty, was answering your question and what my plans were.
    Sorry if you thought that.

CJ - With me living in Newcastle its hard to get the time to go down to birmingham and london.
I'll look in to that page. Thanks

Never thought that 18, but you might be able to phone them and post them your advert. My main concern was that your post would remain unanswered, even though I'm not ready to sell up (yet). regards, Dennis.

Not that spoiled, Caroline. We're dying of pollution down here, whereas you can escape to the highlands. Dennis.

I'm a bit away from the Highlands Dennis living in Fife and tbh not my favourite place to be. I get the feeling I must have been part of the clearances in another life as large areas of moorland bring me out in a sweat but I do love the Moray coast!
