Thought I would start this thread off by recounting a story of a customer wanting a refund for his scratched wedding ring after 6 months wear ( the customer thought my gold must be softer as his mothers wedding ring looks in better condition ). Normally I would offer a quick polish as a service but this took me by surprise. Within the service industry - It is sometimes very hard to keep things in perspective.

I am sure their must be other stories out there and would be interested to read.
