    Default Hallmark questions

So I have taken the plunge and registered for my hall mark!
    I am rather excited!
My question is this, can I use my hallmark for different things?
Ie on buisness cards or as a shop logo? I was thinking of having a stamp made to stamp boxes and bags but was wondering on the legality of it.

This might be one of those questions which none of us has the answer to, but is easily settled by a quick call to your assay office.

I suspect that the hallmark remains the property of the assay office and can't be used for your company logo. However, the sponsors mark (the part with your initials) might well be usable in that way.

It would benefit us all though, if you could let us know the result. Dennis

Good question. I'd be interested in the answer to this too.

Like Dennis I suspect that the hallmark belongs to the assay office and your own mark-initials are registered to that office too. The only mark you will have available to you is your makers punch So unless you chose a really exciting font for your makers mark I would think you'd be better having a stamp made
