Rose gold on sterling silver?

Hi all, I'm having a dilemma.

I have been asked to make some statement earrings for a customer using pearls and rose gold plated silver and I happily said yes thinking it was no problem..

Problem is I need some chain for the design and cookies only do base metal plated not sterling silver

I have tried 4 plating services but either they don't do it or the minimum order is in the region of £100....

I'm kind of at the point where I will have to make do with buying a complete chain retail..

Does anyone have any alternatives? The chain needs to be really fine.

Serve me right for opening my gob and saying "yes" lol

I hope i'm allowed to say I have pearls and rose gold vermeil (ie rose gold plated onto sterling silver) chain and other findings

Do a search for rose gold on jewellerymaker.com some of their chains are gold on silver.
