Hi, I wish to post replies to very helpful people but keep getting the message that I've typed under 10 characters which isn't the case, where am I going wrong...

Sounds slightly strange - could possibly be a browser issue; most of the time they're cleared up by clearing cache & cookies, sometimes (albeit rarely) there's a genuine bug.

It happens if you are replying to quote and not just replying and you start your message in the wrong place too. I've sometimes started typing before the last 'quote' and it sees it as no characters
