    Dear jlazz,
We saw these and admired them on Show and Tell when the were just copper. Now they are plated and are even more splendid.
However you have kept us very short of information and without it they are of limited interest. Here are some questions:

Did you make preliminary drawings and models?
How big are these objects and do they need a large forge and a large torch?
What solder did you use and was it difficult.
Did you send them away for plating, or do it yourself?
    Are they watertight?
What is their ultimate destination. Are you selling them?
What will you turn your hand to next? Kind regards, Dennis.

    Hi Dennis
Yes I made up models in card from my sketchbook ideas
Thay are about 6" tal I used a sivert jeweller's torch kit with a large burner
I used hard med and esy solder - yes it was a challenge I have spent six months investigation and development making vesses some turned out ok some not that good - big learning curve
I see these as learning exercises
    Yes all watertight

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't trying to wind you up, but this makes them much more interesting. Dennis.

Lovely as usual and also good to know what size they are. I recently found the cardboard outline, there will be a name for it, for the bowl I made at ECA nearly 40 years ago, I'd forgotten all about that part of it
