    Default First use of pearl

My Mum "happened to mention" she'd always wanted a pearl pendant, as she pulled me around various jeweller's displays. Subtle as a brick 😉. So I thought I'd try, though I worried about wrecking an expensive pearl with my "chunky" work style. However I'm quite pleased with the result. I made a little silver oyster shell to hang behind the pearl and it does reflect light onto it.

No fear for the pearl Julie and lots of pleasure seeing your Mum wearing it. And as a bonus, you've got yourself an avatar.

My only reservation is the huge size of your pictures, as they make it difficult to appreciate the delicacy of your work. Dennis.

I didn't realise the photos were so big 😌 it's a 10mm pearl, if that helps?
