Knewconcepts is recommended by Andrew Berry but they're in the US so I'm looking for something more local myself.

If you want the strips to make titanium soldering clamps, as Peter said Tam Savill is a KnewConcepts agent who sells them in the UK and VAT free. See; http://tamizan.co.uk/knew-concept-saws/

They are well worth adding to your tool kits.

Do you need special cutting blades out tools to shape the ends?

A small grinding wheel on a bench grinder would do it.

I use a piercing saw fitted with an 0 size blade to pierce the shapes on the tips of my clamps, then I use my standard 6 inch bench files to smooth the pierced areas.

The photos used by Tam Savill and Knew Concepts are my photos and the clamps shown were pierced and filed as above.

These aren't 6Al4V/Grade 5, so it's not the painful exercise it would be with that material. Grade 1 is much more biddable (and doesn't blunt sawteeth anything like as quickly).
