Well - (deep breath!) - here I go! My first entry ... "We Love Christmas Past"

This bracelet harks back to past times when simple pleasures made Christmas special.
I made a fine silver bracelet with a band of fused, twisted links which remind me of the twisted paper decorations we used to make and hang when I was a child. I also remember hanging a wreath of holly and ivy on our front door and often having windows frosted up with ice on the inside which you had to breathe on to melt so that you could see the evergreen leaves outside rimed with sparkling frost!

The Christmas tree charm is precious metal clay (created from a Siligum mould I made from a cake decorating stamp) enamelled with transparent emerald vitreous enamel. The holly and ivy leaves are also PMC but individually shaped – so no two are the same, and enamelled first with transparent emerald enamel and then fired again with transparent lime on the ivy and transparent turquoise on the holly to give variations of green colour. The recycled clear AB crystals represent the sparkle of frost which often rimes the winter leaves and the bright red, silver lined seed beads represent the holly berries and a decoration a-top the Christmas tree.

Barbara, that is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen - I don't know what else to say. Congratulations.
