He is asking for tartan pattern to be added if possible.

Is anyone out there who may be interested or even discussing it with the client? He may be open to suggestions on design to make it easier to construct.

I'm intrigued as to how you're going to add tartan!

Either a relief pattern or engraved I was thinking; I'd prefer not to enamel it as it's not one of my strengths. But there's all sorts of options.
