I would say that it's a Zebedee emerald ring, but maybe no one here will remember him. Dennis.

Afternoon, those bluebells are gorgeous wallace love how they hang.

Thought i'd take the plunge as entries are thin, the magnolia in next doors garden was getting rather big so i had a good view for getting detail.
Several stages, first was to create the stem from 2mm rnd wire cut and solder buds then solder them in place, then i did a casting of the piece so i knew the strength was there, Cut out the petals, soldered them together drilled a hole through the bottom, soldered a piece of wire to the end of the stem placed petal onto wire and soldered, soldered fitting to take the 6mm CZ inside the petals.
    Loved making this piece :-)

Here is my entry for this month's competition:

A cuff bangle, made with sterling silver with three silver flowers and finished with a hammered texture. My biggest challenge for this was trying to solder the three flowers in one go. I definitely developed my use of little soldering clamps for this one!

I always look forward to the first flowers of spring, so this is a reminder of those.

Well done for soldering all at once. Some people are scared of doing that.Very pretty BTW. Dennis.

I'm afraid I'm new to this and only been studying jewellery on the side for a year but I thought I might as well submit to the thread.

This is a wee piece I made this week. I drew cherry blossom freehand which I then cut from sterling silver sheet. I then I attached a sterling silver ring which I have textured with a hammer effect.
I then created a scratch effect on the leaves which I shaped then attached a small ladybug which I was creating for a project which never transpired which was created by melting scrap silver together.

I created a fine silver bezel and set a 6mm rhodochrosite in centre.
I then polished up and enamelled the ladybug, keeping the flower silver to contrast between the bold red and silver.

One day I'll be as artistic as you all so please excuse my baby steps ;-)

    Loving the biker earrings!

Right, I'm working on my photography and will get myself a good pic this time. That said, after over 30 tiny tiny soldering points I'm dreading the polishing tomorrow.

Fingers crossed I don't have a shed load of firescale and also it all looks as cool as it did in my head. If not at least it has been fun to make!
