I suspect that failing making them at home, any local print shop will lay them out for you on A4 paper.
All you would then need is a means of cutting them into strips and a glue dot dispenser to join the ends. For an extra charge they would even cut them for you.
Alternatively they could be printed on self adhesive sheet, or a sheet of labels. Dennis.

Those look suspiciously like they came with the original boxes - otherwise, sizing them perfectly for your boxes is going to be awkward.
Have you tried emailing the images through to some of the jewellery box manufacturers? A lot of jewellery boxes come with "packers" (either a cardboard sleeve, or a 2 part box) for free that can then be printed on.
