I saw this machine on a video clip...Can someone please tell me what it is called please ?

I'm guessing a ring vice but I'm new to this jewellery world, so any names I think are probably way off the mark.

It has interchangeable blocks/pins for holding various pieces. The 2 half cones you can see in the top are generally for holding rings.
