9ct is peculiar to the UK and the usual suspects don't have them. There are these 14ct from Rio Grande, which holidays apart, would be with you in a week: http://www.riogrande.com/Search/rose-gold-ear-nut.
My feeling is that 9ct yellow would do, with an explanation to the customer. Dennis.
I always use yellow as Dennis says and explain to the customer, its not noticeable.
I can get you 9ct when I go buying in Hong Kong at the end of Feb if you still want by then. I have 14ct rose gold vermeil butterflies in stock now.

Eurofindings have 18ct Red scrolls, but you have to buy them in a set with the posts:
