Hammer handpiece simply replaces your No.50 or the quick release type.

Excellent piece of kit and if looked after properly will last a long time although I dont use mine as often as I could.

As well as for texturing, it can also be used for stone setting thick bezels.

I've had a hammer hand piece on my long list of "eventually"s, but I think its gotten a bump up to the front. Thanks for all your help!! How satisfying to have it (theoretically) figured out ..

Luckily I m quite practical but need to figure out HOW something works, not just that it does. I will be saving up for that I think, I do quite a lot of hammering and texturung, love sparkly finish.
