I am a bit of a chilli head and like spicy food so get through about 1 bottle of Tabasco sauce a month.
I keep the empty bottles and give them a good wash and remove the labels.

They are EXACTLY the right size for piercing saw blades so I have one bottle for each size of blade and write the size on the outside with permanent marker.

Put about 1/4 inch of light oil in the bottle with the blades and when you want a new blade give the bottle a shake, remove one blade with tweezers and you have a ready lubricated blade. The oil also stops the blades getting rusty.

The top will fit on the bottle with the blades inside and you can get about 24 blades in a bottle.

This keeps your blades safe, ready to hand and well protected.

    Little recycling tip.

Thanks for you post, Barry. Now you've started a run on the chili sauce though. Hot tip. Dennis.

I use empty Biro cases, take up less space.
