Hi
Can anyone tell me what size needle I need to thread 1mm cord as
the cord keeps fraying when trying to go through bead hole?

Someone asked that question earlier. Try waxing it or a bit of superglue on the end. Not many people on this forum do beading work, most are using sheet silver etc.

Was it not you that asked that already Joan? You'll not get cord threaded through a needle and then through a bead that easily. As Pat says our answers to your other post are your best options
