Wow! That video is amazing and your computer skills are super impressive. I did not expect the answer to be cad. I think that counts me out then as it looks like you need quite a bit of training in that.

Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons as it were,......here is a similar style that I recently made using square wire and tube settings.......
Yes, make or buy a number of collets, solder a length of wire of your choice to each, arrange them in the flat to solder into a secure mesh. I would use triangular wire.
Then make this strip into a slightly undersized ring and stretch it on a ring stretcher. This will size it, round it and harden it. Dennis.
